To learn more, visit Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a degree in animal science, meat science, food science, or packaging science to join our Strategic (National) Account team. As a part of the Strategic Account team, this position plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Apply your area of study and professional experience to support new product and process development at Sealed Air, including multi‑layer polymer films, packaging equipment, and automation solutions for the meat processing sector. Key responsibilities include customer partnership, sales growth, technical support, and project management. Build relationships with customer R&D, Procurement, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams. Understand customer needs and provide effective technical solutions. Partner with Sales to identify new business opportunities, support growth strategies, and monitor market and industry trends. Develop knowledge of Sealed Air products and capabilities. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams and collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Innovation, Portfolio, Customer Service, Quality, and Sales. Coordinate cross‑functional projects, manage timelines and multiple priorities, identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project documentation and customer communications. Qualifications B.S. or M.S. degree in animal science, meat science, food science, or packaging science Authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship Ability to work independently with limited supervision; a self‑starter who can drive projects independently Proven excellence in a customer‑facing role Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels Demonstrated ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into clear, concise information for non‑technical audiences Project management or research experience preferred; must prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines Knowledge of the food industry, specifically within the meat processing sector; plant experience highly desirable Willingness to travel to customer sites frequently and attend industry events as needed If you are passionate about building strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and thriving in a dynamic and diverse role, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
