Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer

Seeking an experienced full-time, on-site multi-state Payroll Processor/Payroll Tax Preparer with the capacity to expand and develop HR services for healthcare providers in Nashville, TN.

The Position:

Bi-weekly/semi-monthly payroll & benefits processing for healthcare providers in multiple states.
Quarterly payroll tax preparation (941/SUTA/State withholding).
HR Services Development.
W-2 preparation.
Client and employee inquiry resolution.

Location & Work Eligibility:

Position on site and based in Nashville, TN.
Must currently reside in the Middle Tennessee area or be able to reliably commute.
U.S. work authorization required.
No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance available.
Hybrid work-from-home eligibility available after 90 days (not fully remote).

The Rewards:

Comprehensive benefits package with group health insurance available first day of the month after hire.
10.5 paid holidays per year.
Paid Time Off - 2.6 weeks per year.
401K after 1 year - 3% employer contribution.
Salary range $56,000-$74,000 to start based on experience.

We provide financial statements, tax recommendations and filing, practice consulting, payroll and human resources services as well as retirement and pension services.
