What You’ll Do As our Restaurant Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and a positive team environment. Your leadership will help us continue to deliver the exceptional dining experience our guests know and love. Here’s what your day‑to‑day might look like: Lead and Inspire : Motivate and train team members to perform at their best, ensuring top‑notch service and efficiency. Adapt and Problem‑Solve : Handle challenges with ease, adapting to changes and finding solutions that keep things running smoothly. Support Growth : Help implement new ideas and processes that contribute to the restaurant’s growth and success. Hands‑On Management : Oversee daily operations, ensuring everything from food quality to customer satisfaction meets our high standards. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone with at least 1 year of restaurant management experience who’s ready to take on a part‑time role with big impact.
