As a Construction Project Manager, you will: Lead the way: Oversee all project phases, from initial planning and budgeting to successful completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Be the expert: Analyze project proposals, interpret blueprints and specifications, and determine project timelines, costs, and procedures. Keep things moving: Monitor project progress, address any roadblocks, and resolve operational issues to maintain schedule and budget adherence. Master the details: Manage contracts, identify and mitigate potential risks, and handle change orders effectively. Drive efficiency: Seek opportunities for value engineering and process improvements to optimize project outcomes. Communicate effectively: Prepare detailed reports for management and clients, clearly communicating progress, budget status, and potential challenges. Champion quality: Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) plan. Requirements Proven experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a strong background in rebar, concrete, and general contracting. Technical expertise: Ability to interpret and manage contract documents, drawings, and construction specifications. Financial acumen: Proven ability to manage project budgets and finances. Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for collaboration and negotiation. Organizational prowess: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Tech proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
