Recruiter

Our client, a leading independent investment banking firm, is seeking a Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in New York City. This hybrid role will focus on lateral recruiting across front-office investment banking functions and serve as a key partner to HR leadership, hiring managers, and external search firms throughout the hiring process. This position will manage full-cycle searches, help drive recruiting strategy, and support broader talent acquisition initiatives as the team continues to grow. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative, hands-on environment, has experience recruiting within investment banking or financial services, and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of an organization. Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within investment banking, financial services, or a related professional services environment, required. Previous experience with lateral recruiting for investment banking roles, required. Experience partnering with external search firms and managing agency relationships, required. Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while delivering a high-touch candidate experience, required. Proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system, required. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, required. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, required. Willingness to work onsite three days per week, with flexibility to increase onsite presence based on business needs, required. Prior experience mentoring junior recruiters or managing recruiting resources, preferred. The salary for this role is $140K-$175K, plus discretionary bonus.
