Farha Roofing is looking for a motivated Commercial Roofing Business Development & Project Manager to help grow our presence in the Denver market. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some commercial roofing experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and taking ownership of projects from the first conversation through final completion. You'll have the freedom to grow your own territory while being backed by a 14-year, family-owned company with experienced estimating, operations, production, and administrative teams that help you succeed. What You'll Do

Generate New Business

• Prospect and develop new commercial roofing opportunities
• Build relationships with: Property managers, building owners, facility managers, general contractors, developers
• Network within the Denver commercial construction community
• Conduct site visits and roof inspections
• Develop your own pipeline through referrals, networking, cold outreach, and relationship building

Manage Your Projects

Once you earn the work, you'll remain the client's primary point of contact. You'll:

• Work alongside our estimating team to develop proposals
• Coordinate with production and operations throughout the project
• Maintain communication with customers from start to finish
• Build long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of commercial roofing, construction sales, or related industry experience
• Self-starter with strong business development skills
• Motivated by building relationships and creating opportunities
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Comfortable climbing ladders, accessing rooftops, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Bonus if you have experience with:

• Commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, coatings)
• Property management relationships
• Estimating or project management
• Insurance or restoration work
