This role reports directly to the Director of Accounting Operations and will be responsible for performing and coordinating core accounting functions for the company's manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, excellent analytical skills, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, is interested in the crossover between manufacturing and data centers, and is comfortable working with minimal day-to-day supervision.Job Responsibilities:The candidate will have experience and practical expertise in the following:Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation and posting of journal entries and account reconciliations.Perform monthly variance analysis and explain results and financial fluctuations.Provide daily oversight of the Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing, workflow management, GL coding, and timely vendor payments.Manage fixed asset accounting, including capitalization policies, roll-forwards, and reconciliations.Perform bank reconciliations and manage daily cash activity, including deposits, wires, and transfers.Maintain accounting for prepaids, other assets, and intangible assets.Ensure financial records comply with GAAP and internal accounting policies.Prepare schedules, workpapers, and provide support for external audits.Reconcile intercompany accounts on a monthly basis.Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial information and support business stakeholders.Assist with special projects, process improvements, and system implementations as needed.Qualifications:Required QualificationsBA or BS degree in Accounting or FinanceMinimum 4+ years of accounting experiencePreferred QualificationsCPA and/or public accounting experienceExperience with NetSuite ERPPublic accounting experienceAnnual Compensation Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + Discretionary BonusTract employees enjoy competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K program, standard paid holidays, and unlimited PTO.Tract is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
