Responsibilities
- Conduct OT evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for orthopedic and pediatric patients
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve functional skills and activities of daily living
- Reassess progress and adjust plans; document progress in the patient record
- Educate patients and caregivers; provide safe home exercise programs and discharge planning guidance
- Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care and ensure evidence-based, compliant practice

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of occupational therapy experience
- Experience with orthopedic caseload; ability to treat pediatric patients as part of the caseload
- Ability to work in an outpatient rehabilitation setting with a flexible approach to scheduling
- Demonstrated ability to document thoroughly and communicate effectively with the care team
- Compliance requirements must be completed at least two weeks prior to start date
