Senior Technical RecruiterChimeSan Francisco, CA, USWe're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help hire exceptional engineers at Chime. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering leaders and hiring teams to run thoughtful, high-quality searches and deliver a strong candidate experience from first conversation through close. You'll own the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing through offer—and help ensure our hiring processes run smoothly and efficiently as we continue building the team.The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $101,000 and up to $140,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.In this role, you can expect to:Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles from sourcing through offer acceptanceDeliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring processBuild strong technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and outreachWork closely with hiring teams to run structured, efficient interview processesTrack pipeline health and recruiting metrics to ensure consistent progress across searchesPartner cross-functionally with recruiting and People team members—including recruiting coordinators, sourcers, and people partners—to support smooth and effective hiring processesIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and experiment with emerging tools, including AI-enabled recruiting technologyTo thrive in this role, you have:5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for engineering or other technical rolesAbility to own searches end-to-end including sourcing, screening, and closingStrong understanding of technical terminology, languages, and engineering stacksExperience sourcing and engaging technical talent through multiple channelsStrong communication and candidate management skillsCuriosity about emerging recruiting technologies, including experience experimenting with AI recruiting toolsAt Chime, we believe that everyone can achieve financial progress.
