Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Description Job Title Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for multiple school-based positions in Santa Maria, California. This role involves working with students across various educational settings to address a wide range of speech, language, and communication disorders. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and providing direct therapy services. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough speech, language, and communication assessments for students. Diagnose speech and language disorders and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement evidence-based therapy interventions to improve students' communication skills. Develop, write, and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff, parents, and students. Monitor student progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and maintain accurate documentation of services. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to support student success. Provide consultation and training to school staff and families regarding communication strategies. Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
