In this fast-growing, high-impact industry, our deep commitment to sustainability drives everything we do, creating innovative technologies that power a brighter, greener future./ppThe Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for daily execution of international and domestic shipping transactions documentations and arrange the shipments./ppPrimary Responsibilities:/pulliPrepare all necessary customs clearance paperwork for import/export custom clearance/liliCoordinate with freight forwarders brokers to go through custom clearance procedure/liliDispatch Scheduling ulliAssign and schedule drivers, trucks, and carriers for daily delivery and pickup operations./liliOptimize routing to maximize efficiency and minimize costs./liliMonitor real-time transportation activities and proactively resolve delays or issues./li/ul/liliCommunication Coordination ulliServe as the communication link between drivers, carriers, warehouses, and customers./liliProvide shipment updates and ensure customers are informed of delivery status./liliHandle inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner./li/ul/liliTracking Documentation ulliMaintain accurate shipment records, including bills of lading, PODs, and dispatch logs./liliTrack shipments in transit and update systems with status reports./liliEnsure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, and other applicable transportation regulations./li/ul/liliProblem-Solving Support ulliAddress unexpected issues such as breakdowns, delays, or load discrepancies./liliCoordinate with maintenance, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve challenges./liliEscalate critical issues to management as needed./li/ul/liliPerformance Compliance ulliMonitor driver performance, hours of service (HOS), and safety requirements./liliSupport continuous improvement initiatives for logistics efficiency./liliEnsure all transportation activities meet internal policies and external regulatory standards./li/ul/liliWork closely with Planning Team to arrange transportation among different factories, suppliers and warehouses for production and shipments/li/ulpQualifications and Experience:/ppQualifications/pulliCollege degree or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred./liliProven Minimum 1-2 years experience as a dispatcher, logistics coordinator, or in a transportation-related role./liliStrong knowledge of logistics, routing, and transportation regulations./liliProficiency in dispatch software, TMS (Transportation Management Systems), and MS Office Suite./liliExcellent communication and problem-solving skills./liliAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment./liliStrong attention to detail and organizational skills./liliFamiliar with SAP will be a strong plus for this position/liliStrong communication skills, self-discipline and proactive/liliCareful, patience, good team working spirit are necessary/liliMandarin bilingual is a plus./li/ulpKey Competencies/pulliCustomer-focused with strong service orientation./liliAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively./liliStrong teamwork and collaboration skills./liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions./liliFlexibility to work extended hours./li/ul/div
