Human Resources Business Partner

I’m partnering with a well-established international organization that is looking for a strong HR Business Partner to join its Virginia Beach team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being both strategic advisor and hands-on partner . You’ll work directly with senior leaders on workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent planning, culture, and complex employee relations. Virginia Beach, VA position that requires 4 days/week onsite.
