Senior Program Analyst

Location: Bay Lake, FL (Onsite – 4 days per week) Pay Range : - 59.00/hr. $60.00/hr. Contract Duration: 09 months contract. About the Role We are seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to support a high-impact finance transformation initiative within a leading global entertainment organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating strategic initiatives, tracking project execution, and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in project coordination, business analysis, financial planning, consulting, or PMO environments and possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution of strategic transformation workstreams by maintaining project trackers, timelines, and supporting documentation. Prepare presentations, briefing materials, status reports, and executive-ready documentation. Gather, organize, and synthesize information from stakeholder meetings and working sessions. Document meeting outcomes, action items, risks, decisions, and outstanding issues while maintaining organized project records. Coordinate meetings, scheduling, logistics, agendas, and presentation materials for cross-functional teams. Monitor project milestones and proactively identify potential risks, delays, or dependencies. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all project information is current and well organized. Handle confidential and sensitive business information with professionalism and discretion. Support project governance and provide regular progress updates to leadership. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in one or more of the following: Project Coordination Program Management Business Analysis Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Management Consulting PMO or related analytical functions Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain accuracy across multiple projects and deadlines. Experience handling confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience using project tracking tools such as Smartsheet or similar platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create concise executive-level status updates.
