Responsibilities What You’ll Do Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing disorders across varying acuity levels Conduct and interpret Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies and FEES Develop and implement individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans Re‑evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment goals throughout the continuum of care Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, PTs, OTs, dietitians, and interdisciplinary teams Educate patients and families to support safe swallowing, communication, and recovery Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliant billing practices Identify when patients have achieved optimal benefit from therapy and communicate discharge recommendations Why Join Our Team?
