Partner with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, caregivers, and families to build cohesive treatment plans.

Guide patients and families on how to support each other's progress beyond therapy sessions.

Engage in periodic inpatient speech therapy assessments and interventions to ensure a seamless continuum of care.

Keep comprehensive and timely documentation compliant with regulations and organizational standards.

Commit to continuous professional development through education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a recognized university.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet ASHA-certified.

State licensure for Speech Language Pathologists.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
