Located In:Delray Beach, Florida 33446Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches (MSPB) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a collaborative, physician-led practice committed to improving the health and well-being of our communities.As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, promote preventive care, and build lasting relationships with patients while delivering high-quality, evidence-based medical care.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive primary care services to patients as applicable to your specialty.Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.Perform annual wellness visits, preventive screenings, routine physical examinations, and follow-up care.Develop individualized treatment plans and educate patients on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle choices.Conduct telehealth consultations, as appropriate, to improve patient access to care.Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic medical record.Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to coordinate exceptional patient care.Supervise and mentor medical students, residents, or other healthcare professionals, when applicable.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical protocols.Stay current with medical advancements, evidence-based practices, and continuing medical education.QualificationsDoctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine, Internal MedicineActive Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain one).Active DEA registration.Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate patient care.Dedication to ongoing professional development and lifelong learning.Why Join MSPB?Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches (MSPB) is a physician-led, multispecialty medical group dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare throughout Palm Beach County and the surrounding communities.
