As a MedStar Health primary care physician, you'll practice alongside experienced physicians, advanced practice providers, and dedicated support staff in an outpatient setting focused entirely on primary care. As part of a large, integrated healthcare system, you'll also have convenient access to a broad network of specialists and services, helping make referrals and coordinated care easier for you and your patients. Our featured opportunities are in Harford County, Maryland at our Bel Air and Forest Hill locations, along with two in Washington, D.C. at our Lafayette Centre and World Bank locations. Compensation and Incentives

* Competitive base salary of $250,000, plus sign-on bonus * Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000 , guaranteed in full during the first year * Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Qualifications

* MD or DO degree * Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program * Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine * Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland * Certification : Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
