Having been operational for nearly 40 years, we specialize in a diverse range of technologies to produce superior bronze, aluminum, and zinc castings, with an emphasis on innovation and quality.Day in the Life:As a Plant Manager, your primary responsibilities will entail:Developing production schedules based on due dates, material availability, staffing, and equipment constraints.Overseeing manufacturing operations including purchasing, production runs, external operations, and shippingManaging staff including training, providing support, and handling disciplinary actionEnsure equipment is kept in working order and arrange for regular cycles of preventative maintenanceInteracting with production and engineering staff to ensure quality issues are resolved and documentedMaintaining a compliant work environment in accordance with safety and environmental regulatory requirementsCompleting documentation in line with ISO 9001 requirements including KPIs, inspection logs, nonconformances, and corrective actionsIf you are looking to elevate your career in manufacturing, your next opportunity awaits!
