Project Administrator

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Project Administrator

Position type: Full -time Contract
Duration: 02 Years
Location: San Antonio TX

As a Project Administrator you will:

• Provide administrative support to the Project Manager for the Spruce Natural Gas Conversion Project.
• Coordinate meetings schedules calendars and Microsoft Teams sessions.
• Prepare agendas meeting minutes action items and project updates.
• Maintain project records RFIs transmittals reports and other documentation.
• Support site visits contractor activities and stakeholder communications.
• Manage document control and ensure accurate filing within SharePoint and project repositories.
• Assist with presentations leadership briefings and project reporting.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings field activities and visiting personnel.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 years of administrative or project support experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong organizational communication and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience supporting engineering construction utility or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of RFIs transmittals document control and project records management.
• Experience with large capital projects or construction-related operations.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: $20 to $25.06/hr.
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidates education work experience work location specific job duties certifications etc.
