Warehouse SupervisorThe Warehouse Supervisor is a front-line leadership role responsible for overseeing daily operations within a high-volume Parts Distribution Center (PDC) supporting Southeast Toyota. This position leads a team of warehouse associates to ensure the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of inventory, including receiving, picking, and shipping, supporting 177 dealerships across the Southeast. The role combines hands-on operational oversight with people leadership responsibilities, including coaching, performance management, and driving productivity. Success in this role requires the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, leverage data to improve outcomes, and foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement while consistently meeting production and quality goals.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a team of up to 20 warehouse associates to drive productivity and engagementOversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including de-vanning, receiving, picking, and shippingEnsure daily production, quality, and safety targets are consistently achievedPartner with Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Managers, and peer Supervisors to execute operational goalsProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance management to associates, including development planningAnalyze operational data and generate reports to guide daily decisions, improve productivity, and identify performance trendsHold associates accountable to performance standards, reinforcing both positive and corrective behaviorsSupport and champion continuous improvement initiatives, including Hoshin goals and process enhancementsFoster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work environmentMaintain strong communication and alignment across cross-functional teamsQualifications:2 - 5 years of leadership experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environmentPreferred background in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related operations-focused fieldBachelor's degree preferredAbility to lead teams and drive performance in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentStrong coaching, communication, and performance management skillsBilingual in English and Spanish preferredExperience using data and metrics to make operational decisionsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experience with the Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a plusFamiliarity with data visualization tools such as Power BIKnowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours in a 24/6 operation with rotating shifts
