• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of CRNA experience; not accepting new graduates
• Certifications: Must have active BLS, ACLS, DEA, and proof of certification

• Pay package: $305,218 gross annually for full-time (based on significant experience), with part-time pay and benefits to be discussed

What You'll Do

• Provide independent anesthesia care in a Level III trauma hospital setting
• Administer anesthesia for diverse case types, including all blocks (no heads or hearts, healthy pediatric cases only)
• Collaborate with physicians and other CRNAs in a team-oriented environment
• Practice in a facility with 7 ORs, Endoscopy, Cath Lab, and nearby ASC
• Participate in shared call coverage with equitable scheduling; enjoy post-call days and weekend rotations
• Manage anesthesia care according to Oregon State statutes and local policies
• Ensure compliance with medical standards and deliver high-quality patient care

What You Need

• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) CRNA certification
• Minimum 1 year of professional anesthesia experience
• Oregon State CRNA license or eligibility
• Clean malpractice and background history
• Ability to practice independently within scope

• Experience in a Level III trauma setting
• Advanced skills in regional anesthesia and blocks
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
