Senior Warehouse Materials Handler

Senior Warehouse Materials HandlerSupport warehouse operations through material handling, inventory management and equipment readiness as a Senior Warehouse Materials Handler in Midland. Assist with order preparation, coordinate deliveries, maintain equipment records and ensure material availability. Assure compliance with all company safety policies, quality standards and operational procedures.Responsibilities:Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in accordance with certification and safety requirements.Participate in product-specific training programs and maintain required competency standards.Communicate daily updates about operational status to the Workshop Supervisor.Be available for on-call activities and support related to field and warehouse operations, as required.Inspect equipment, tools and materials prior to use to ensure operational readiness and safety compliance.Load, unload, store and stage materials in designated warehouse locations.Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.Utilize warehouse systems, handheld devices or related software to track inventory and job activity, as applicable.Skills and qualifications:Associate degree or equivalent work experience.Warehouse experience.A minimum of 2 years of oil and gas experience.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification required.Valid driver's license and meet Schneider's DMV record standards.Previous warehouse, logistics, material handling, or field support experience preferred.Pay and benefits:Housing option available for those that live 50+ miles away from work location, includes bathroom/showers, meals, recreational area and laundry.
