Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN)Location: Juneau, AlaskaAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PMJob Description: The Ambulatory Registered Nurse (RN) provides comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care in an outpatient clinic setting. This role supports individuals and families across the continuum of care by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized plans of care.Implement and evaluate nursing interventions and patient responses.Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per provider orders.Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions.Provide patient and family education related to care and discharge needs.Deliver culturally responsive, patient-centered care.Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care.Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.Participate in quality and performance improvement activities.Support orientation, mentoring, and education of staff and peers.Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent full, unrestricted Registered Nursing license in Alaska or other U.S. state required.BLS certification required; Case Management certification preferred.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.High school diploma or equivalent required.Why ARMStaffing?At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
