As a Screener at a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, you will help support a secure environment by screening personnel and visitors, monitoring access points, and reporting security-related concerns. You will remain professional and visible while providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.82 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat05:00 PM - 05:00 AMSun05:00 PM - 05:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location. Screen personnel, visitors, packages, and/or vehicles in accordance with site procedures, documenting and reporting irregularities to appropriate personnel. Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted operational, dock, and perimeter areas. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter, and report security-related concerns. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
