Global Insights Senior Manager - Xaluritamig

Amgen seeks a Senior Manager of Global Insights to lead strategic research and analytics for Xaluritamig. The role involves synthesizing market data, competitive intelligence, and primary research to inform global commercialization strategy and critical business decisions across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own integrated insight agenda for global brand or pipeline asset; define highest-value business questions and work plans
- Synthesize market research, competitive intelligence, and secondary data into strategic insights addressing business needs
- Lead primary market research design and execution with external agencies across product lifecycle phases
- Develop business cases and facilitate workshops supporting clinical development and lifecycle management decisions
- Serve as subject matter expert on HCP, patient, and payer insights; communicate recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Doctorate degree and 2 years market research or analytics experience, or equivalent education/experience combination
- Exceptional business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to independently own integrated insight agendas and develop brand narratives
- Experience synthesizing secondary analytics, market data, and primary research into cohesive insights
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior leadership communication skills
- Vendor management and project resource allocation experience
- Demonstrated rigor in data accuracy and quality standards
