About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join as a strategic partner and lead the financial aspects of the business. The CFO will be responsible for a wide range of financial and operational functions, with a focus on scaling the business through operational discipline, financial rigor, and potential future acquisitions. This role requires a candidate with a strong background in finance, accounting, and business operations, particularly in a multi-site manufacturing environment. The successful CFO will work closely with the CEO and operating leaders to enhance margins, inventory performance, and procurement discipline, and will be instrumental in driving accountability across multiple sites and functional teams. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' relevant experience, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role within a manufacturing setting. The role demands a leader with a strong command of financial management practices, the ability to use data and analytics for decision-making, and a history of improving financial visibility and performance in a manufacturing context. Experience in multi-site manufacturing, as well as a background in cost accounting and operations finance, is highly valued.
