HealthBridge Staffing is seeking a Floating Human Resources Manager to support healthcare facilities throughout Central Virginia and Northern Virginia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys working with different teams, solving problems, strengthening HR operations, and supporting employees and leadership where they need it most.

As our Floating Human Resources Manager , you will provide on-site HR support across multiple locations based on operational needs. From employee relations and onboarding to payroll support, compliance, recruitment, and HR processes, you will serve as a trusted resource to facility leadership and employees.

What You'll Do

Provide Regional HR Support
Travel between assigned healthcare facilities throughout Central and Northern Virginia to provide hands-on HR leadership and operational support.

Support Employee Relations
Partner with facility leadership and employees to address workplace concerns, promote positive employee relations, and ensure HR matters are handled consistently and professionally.

Manage HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records, personnel documentation, and HR files while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Assist With Payroll
Support payroll preparation, review employee information, and assist with identifying and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Lead Onboarding & Orientation
Help create a positive employee experience from day one by facilitating onboarding, orientation, required documentation, and other new-hire processes.

Partner With Talent Acquisition
Collaborate with recruiters and facility leadership to support hiring needs, candidate movement, onboarding, and staffing initiatives.

Promote HR Compliance
Help ensure facilities remain aligned with company policies, employment regulations, documentation requirements, and established HR procedures.

Support Employee Development
Coach and partner with managers to strengthen communication, employee engagement, performance, retention, and professional development.

Assist With Employee Transitions
Coordinate offboarding and exit processes while ensuring appropriate documentation and procedures are completed.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

• Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources management experience

• Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or multi-site HR experience strongly preferred

• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, payroll processes, recruitment, and employment practices

• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to different facility environments

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

• Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout Central Virginia and Northern Virginia

• Reliable transportation required
