Building Cleaner

Job Summary Responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of bathrooms and common areas. Works on straight forward tasks using established procedures. Core Responsibilities Mop, empty trash, vacuum, sweep floors, clean windows. Check and fill dispensers during shift (soap, toilet paper, paper towels). Inspect locker rooms when not occupied, and clean/mop as needed. Patrol facility for trash and spills, empty facility trash. Other Duties Must be able to lift >25 lbs. occasionally. Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma / GED. 0-2 Years relevant work experience (if applicable). Must be able to lift >25 lbs. occasionally.
