Lead the Way in Trauma Care


As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC), you will play a crucial role in coordinating patient care and ensuring positive outcomes within a challenging and rewarding Level I Trauma Center environment. You will guide and mentor a team of nurses, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of care.



Available Positions:

• CNC Med-Surg: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends
• CNC Ortho/Neuro Trauma: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends
• CNC Inpatient Oncology: 1 Full-Time Night Shift (7p-7a) Rotating Weekends

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of patient care delivery during your shift.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
• Manage patient flow and bed assignments, ensuring efficient unit operations.
• Respond to emergencies and critical situations, providing expert clinical guidance.
• Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active Missouri RN License or Compact Licensure (Required)
• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ASN) (Required)
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred)
• 3 years of recent acute care unit experience (Required)
• 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or higher (Required)
• ACLS and BLS certifications (Required)

Oncology Unit Specific:

• ONS certification (Preferred)
• 2 years of recent experience in an acute care Oncology unit (Preferred)
