Registered Nurse - Ambulatory Care/Clinic/Outpatient

Job Summary:

Seeking a Urology RN to provide compassionate outpatient care in a busy clinical setting. The ideal candidate will ensure quality patient interactions and efficient clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Deliver direct patient care and perform clinical assessments within scope of practice.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient treatments.
  
  
• 
  Document patient information accurately in Epic electronic health records.
  
  
• 
  Float between units or facilities as needed to meet staffing demands.
  
  
• 
  Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and update certifications.
  
  
• 
  Provide excellent patient education and support throughout care process.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Valid South Carolina or multi-state RN license.
  
  
• 
  Minimum of 1 year of Urology nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Proficient with Epic electronic charting system.
  
  
• 
  BLS certification required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.
  
  
• 
  Ability to float between units/sister facilities as needed.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrated ability to work day shifts (8:00 am - 4:30 pm).
