The Opportunity: This is an assignment based, part-time on call role with IST Management Services, performing office services work at a law firm in downtown Worcester. The workload would be 8-30 hours per week with the minimum assignment length being at least 6 hours. Business professional dress code. Hourly compensation: $18.00- $20.00 USD.

Responsibilities

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Providing office services and administrative support to site location in Worcester, MA
• Mailroom services- scanning/sorting/delivery of mail and packages throughout campus to appropriate client personnel
• Front desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing calls
• Training as necessary
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Tasks as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required
• Prior customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to prioritize and multitask/willingness to cross-train for other job functions
• Computer and Internet savvy
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment/ability to meet employer's attendance policy
• A valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to lift 50lbs
