Requirements
- Hold license as a Physical Therapist in the state in which you intend to work
- Maintain and update PT skills and certifications as necessary
- Proficient in DX and ICD-10 coding for the billing of services
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients for physical therapy and rehabilitation programs.
- Guide and monitor patient care in all aspects of treatment and follow-up.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and Aides regarding all aspects of patient care.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.
- Ensure accurate patient chart documentation and follow-up regarding prescriptions, test results, and authorizations.
- Participate in marketing and referral processes as necessary.

Compliance / Notes
- Expected to protect the privacy of all patient information in accordance with privacy policies and procedures.
- Must comply with OSHA, federal and state regulations.
