Title Training Analyst – Huntsville, AL (Boeing) Company The Boeing Company – Production System Training organization Position Overview The Production Training Analyst team leads training, planning, and coordination efforts to support leaders and employees on the production floor. The role is 100% onsite at a partner college in Huntsville. Key Responsibilities Collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze training data to develop training plans for the Boeing Production System Coordinate training needs with stakeholders and partners Prepare and update training forecasts, schedules, history, and completion reports Perform ad‑hoc training queries Collaborate with peers from other teams to implement training plans in a dynamic environment Maintain data integrity, perform risk assessments, and resolve discrepancies Respond to inquiries and provide feedback Participate in process improvement activities Required Qualifications 3+ years in a customer‑facing environment gathering requirements 3+ years experience in data analytics 3+ years experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint 1+ year experience using reporting tools Experience with the Boeing Learning Management System Experience with scheduling tools Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast‑paced environment Strong organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail Excellent critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities Additional Information Relocation not available; candidates must live locally or relocate at own expense Some travel may be required (up to 20% of time) Shift: 1st Shift Eligible applicants must meet U.S. Export Control compliance and be a “U.S. Person” (citizen, permanent resident, refugee, asylee) Benefits Overview Boeing offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) plan with company match, student loan match, and paid/unpaid time off.
