$100,000 - $200,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights are protected and voices are heard.
• Collaborate with our legal team to develop innovative defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear guidance and updates throughout the legal process.
• Negotiate with prosecutors to secure favorable outcomes, including plea bargains and reduced charges.
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and briefs with precision and attention to detail.
• Advocate passionately for clients in court, presenting compelling arguments and evidence to support their defense strategy.

Qualifications:

• Experience in criminal defense law, with a strong understanding of Florida's legal system.
• Ability to develop innovative defense strategies tailored to each client's unique situation.
• Proven track record of effectively representing clients in court, advocating passionately and persuasively.
• Strong research skills to conduct thorough legal analysis and support case preparation.
