THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking an accomplished Sales Associate to serve as a true ambassador of the Scully & Scully

brand. In this role, you will be entrusted with delivering a bespoke, white-glove shopping experience that reflects our legacy of luxury and sophistication.

• Cultivate, build, and maintain a loyal and discerning clientele through personalized service and genuine relationship-building.

• Anticipate client needs and curate tailored product recommendations that reflect impeccable taste and deep product knowledge.

• Engage with clients proactively through thoughtful follow-up via telephone and correspondence.

• Serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador, eloquently communicating the heritage and craftsmanship behind each piece.

• Uphold the visual and experiential standards of our flagship showroom at all times.

• Promote the Scully & Scully name and products with pride, passion, and a deep appreciation for our

distinguished heritage.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College graduate.

• A polished, professional demeanor with a natural affinity for luxury goods and refined aesthetics.

• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals within an upscale or luxury retail

environment.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and in writing.

• Strong organizational acumen with the ability to manage client relationships and responsibilities with

precision.

• Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail inventory management platforms.

• The ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative member of a high-performing team.

• An eagerness to develop deep expertise in our product collections and their distinguished provenance.

• Must be a fast learner with the ability to quickly absorb product details and brand knowledge. xhyhwjd

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary: Excellent base salary plus commission
