This role is pivotal in supporting the Central Region, leading complex contract negotiations, and shaping risk management to ensure the successful execution of construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' of legal experience, with a significant portion dedicated to construction law, and a deep understanding of design-build, CMAR, and procurement agreements. In-house experience is highly valued, and the role requires a candidate who is adept at reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of project agreements, as well as advising internal stakeholders.
