These methodologies and processes are reinforced through our organization’s externally accredited certifications, which include ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS), ISO/IEC 20000-1:2011 IT Service Management Systems (SMS, corporate ITIL certification), ISO 27001:2005 Information Security Management System (ISMS), and CMMI-DEV Level 3"Job DescriptionJob Role:Provide technical project management expertise to service-oriented architecture (SOA), Business Process Extension Language (BPEL), Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Business Activity Monitor (BAM), Business Process Management (BPM), Splunk platform engineering and operations team. Responsible for technical implementation, administration, and coordination with the product vendor (Oracle, IBM, Splunk) for resolution of product related issues. Keep the SOA shared platform remains stable and available with least interruption and impact to business. Take preventive and corrective actions to ensure platform availability and stability.
