What you'll do at DBH:

• Treatment Planning & Patient Support: Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Provide supportive care and assist with therapeutic interventions as needed
• Documentation & Reporting: Complete charting, documentation, patient records, and required reports accurately and timely
• Group Facilitation & Activities: Organize and facilitate therapeutic and recreational patient group activities
• Transportation Assistance: Safely transport patients to scheduled off-site appointments and activities
• Patient Care & Intervention: Participate in appropriate patient interventions to support safety, recovery, and overall well-being
