This role partners closely with the Executive Director and department leaders to drive workforce excellence, regulatory compliance and a positive team member experience.What You'll Do:Lead full-cycle recruitment, hiring and onboarding processesProvide guidance on team member relations, performance management and coachingOversee payroll processing, timekeeping and benefits administrationEnsure compliance with federal, state/provincial and company employment lawsMaintain personnel files, HRIS data and required postingsManage workers' compensation and OSHA compliance initiativesMonitor performance evaluations, merit increases and engagement planningSupport annual budgeting and labor management strategiesDeliver HR training and Sunrise University program oversightPartner with leadership to drive retention, accountability and team successWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree required3–5 years HR generalist experience (senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred)3+ years supervisory/leadership experienceStrong knowledge of employment law and compliance practicesHigh integrity handling confidential informationStrong communication, organization and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systemsHR Manager – Lead Workforce Strategy and Employee EngagementHR Manager | Human Resources Leadership | Employee RelationsPay Range: 74,152.00 - 99,112.00Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
