Job Description
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide dependable office support for a Contract assignment. This position will provide contract coverage and will help maintain smooth day-to-day administrative operations through strong organization, clear communication, and responsive service. The ideal candidate is comfortable handling front-office tasks, managing routine documentation, and supporting team needs in a detail-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily administrative activities to keep office operations organized, efficient, and on schedule.
• Welcome visitors, answer inbound calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members with courtesy.
• Prepare, update, and maintain records, documents, and correspondence with strong attention to accuracy.
• Enter and organize data in office systems while ensuring information is current and properly documented.
• Provide receptionist support, including monitoring the front desk and assisting with general office requests.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and routine administrative tasks to support staff and departmental priorities.
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally with internal teams and external contacts to support smooth operations.
• Experience providing administrative support in an office setting.• Ability to answer inbound calls and handle front-desk responsibilities professionally.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with general administrative office procedures and documentation.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work effectively during a contract coverage assignment.
