Our clientele is diverse, including individuals from various backgrounds seeking assistance for trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and other mental health issues. As an LCSW in our organization, you will work with clients of all ages, helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their therapeutic goals through personalized and compassionate care.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in the state of Kansas.

• At least two years of clinical experience providing mental health services in a counseling setting.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to build rapport with clients and colleagues.

While a minimum of two years of clinical experience is required, experience working in telehealth services and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices will be considered an advantage.
