Community Manager

StellaPop is recruiting for a leading coworking office space provider who has an immediate opening for a Community Manager/Sales in Las Colinas. This coworking operator is looking for an experienced salesperson who ideally has coworking sales experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong sales experience with a can-do attitude to get a brand-new center off the ground. You will: Generate profitable new business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local markets in order to achieve monthly sales targets. Conduct tours, with a goal of converting prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range. Prospect to generate leads through local companies, partnerships, and commercial real estate brokers. Effectively manage, lead, and continuously update HubSpot throughout the sales process. Proactively manage the renewal strategy with an aim of maximizing retention, renewal increases, and center profitability. Key Position Requirements: 2-3 years of work experience, in a sales-related role (bonus for coworking experience) Experience with HubSpot and Yardi Professional and clear communication skills coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships Proven objection handling, prospecting, and negotiation skills Customer service focused at all times with the ability to remain flexible and calm in high pressure or continually changing situations Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively with minimal supervision The ideal candidate is high-energy, adaptable, detail oriented, and has a positive can-do attitude.
