Position Overview

Neuro Nurture Support is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time, remote telehealth capacity. This role provides a unique opportunity to deliver high-quality mental health services to a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and families. Work Environment

This remote position operates within the telehealth framework, allowing counselors to provide care to clients in a flexible and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a managed caseload of clients, establishing rapport, and fostering positive therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Meet regularly with clients to assess their progress, discuss stability, schedule upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge when warranted.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that reflect individual client goals and progress.
• Ensure meticulous documentation and timely updates of progress notes for each client interaction.
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' history and current needs.
• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to support client growth.
• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions, focusing on personal development and clinical skills enhancement.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers, contributing to a multidisciplinary approach to mental health care.
• Embrace a growth mindset, actively seeking learning opportunities to enhance professional skills and service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LPC in this role will work with a broad demographic, including adults, adolescents, and families, addressing various mental health challenges. Our clients may present with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, relational issues, and other behavioral health concerns. The counselor will utilize a client-centered approach to ensure each individual's unique needs and backgrounds are honored in the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation, unrestricted and independent.
• Minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Computer proficiency, including familiarity with RMS systems, Excel spreadsheets, and common communication platforms like Outlook.
• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments accurately and effectively.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth services and technology.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Previous involvement in collaborative care teams within outpatient settings.
