Optimist Boys Home & Ranch in Los Angeles is seeking a Peer Advocate to support youth impacted by Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children (CSEC) and other complex trauma. The ideal candidate will provide community-based peer advocacy, mentorship, and crisis intervention, focusing on youth empowerment and resource access. This role requires a strong understanding of trauma-informed practices and an ability to build trusting relationships with youth.
