Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services

Optimist Youth Homes and Family Services is seeking an Advocate in Los Angeles to provide trauma-informed advocacy and case management for youth affected by exploitation, instability, and complex trauma. The Advocate's role includes direct engagement with youth and various community resources to promote safety, stability, and growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and experience working with at-risk youth. Strong communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours are required.
