The Los Angeles LGBT Center is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide oversight and care for LGBTQ+ youth in their emergency overnight and transitional living programs. This full-time position involves crisis intervention, conflict mediation, and ensuring member safety. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience with youth homelessness and be familiar with trauma-informed care.
