We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Athletic Activity Specialist to join our team! As a Specialist, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with camp operations. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities
- Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
- Lead structured activity times
- Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
- Individualize activities to suit each childs abilities
- Communicate with parents/guardians
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
- Previous experience coaching children/students is a plus
- Prior playing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
- Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
