Commercial Loan Assistant

Success Mortgage Partners is looking for a full-time licensed loan partner located in Massachusetts that will help applicants be mortgage ready and support them throughout the loan process. Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented professionals driven to succeed in their role. Key Responsibilities Client Communication: Act as the main liaison, providing updates and guidance to borrowers from application to closing. Documentation & Processing: Collect, review, and organize loan documentation (income, asset, credit reports) for accuracy and compliance. Pipeline Management: Support the MLO with pipeline organization, ensuring files are completed efficiently. Administrative & Marketing: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with marketing campaigns to help grow the loan officer's business. Pre-Approval Assistance: Help applicants become mortgage-ready by reviewing their initial financial situation. Required Skills and Qualifications Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple files and compliance requirements. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with clients and partners. Mortgage Knowledge: Familiarity with loan products, underwriting, and compliance guidelines. Software Proficiency: Experience with Encompass and Microsoft Office Suite. Possess an advanced understanding of different loan products, such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, USDA, adjustable/fixed, residential loans, etc. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred). Previous experience in mortgage, banking, or customer service. NMLS licensure required in Massachusetts. Compensation : Commensurate with Experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
