Responsibilities Assist individuals in daily activities, including health and personal management, achieving personal goals, recreation, and daily household living. Maintain a safe and therapeutic treatment environment that meets the physical, emotional, and personal needs of program individuals while improving functioning and minimizing interfering behaviors. Location Summit Circle IRA Salary With HS Diploma/GED – $19.50 – $20.86 per hour With BA/BS – $20.50 – $21.93 per hour With MA/MS or higher – $21.50 – $23.00 per hour Qualifications High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of related experience OR an Associate's Degree with 1 year of related experience. Valid NY Driver's License. Flexible, patient, energetic, creative, and have a sense of humor. Strong passion for working with and helping children and adults with special needs.
