Manufacturing quality engineer (Open for Fresher)

We are now expanding with a new high-tech facility in Thang Long II IP, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This site will manufacture advanced products including high-speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.Position OverviewTogether with Team leaderto assist department Managers to take charge of in-process quality so as to make sure of the operation achieving quality, productivity and output goals and improve.Location: Thang Long 2 IZ, Hung Yen (have shuttle bus from Hanoi/ Hai Duong/ Bac Ninh to factory)Key Responsibilities1Be responsibleofin-process manufacturing qualitystandardsfor oprtical products.Ensure the standards, instructions are applied.2Organize and implementprocesses,inspection,audit, and improvement.Evaluate in-process product, analyse and issue abnormality report.3Training and coaching subordinates forproductspecifications, standards, machines and instrument set-up and operations.Limit samples preparation and submit for approval.4Monitorin-processquality performance. Control and improvedefect rate,scraps, material consumption, inspection cost.Contact torelated department forquality issue andfollow upimprovementactions.5Participatequality meetings in plant and/or with suppliers, vendors and reports.Take part of defect analysis, abnormality report, follow up actions, customer complaintand claim, sorting, PFMEA.6Take part for trial run, transfer components, products and new product development.Participate supplier, vendor assessment.Idea andLeading Quality improvement projects.7Subordinatesmanage,performance assessment.Strengthen Company cultureasPBMSupervisor role.8Clearly understand self’s and section’s goals to make contribution to obtain quality and delivery goals.9Be accountable for the compliance to rules,proceduresand requirement in termsof:7S&KAIZENEnvironmental Health SafetyEICC &Social ResponsibilityProtection of company assets10Understand,supportand contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.11Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)REQUIRED:College/UniversityeducatedEngineering OR ITSKILLS & ABILITIES:Fresher OR under 2 years of experienceInterested in manufacturing quality fieldStrong analytical, problem - solving and teamwork skillsWilling to work in a manufacturing environment and learn new technologies On the job Training, Coaching skills and Basic management & KaizenEnglish communication skillProficient in Excel/ Powerpoint
